At Pfizer, I supported the global rollout of Charlie, an internal AI-powered marketing platform designed to help modernize content planning, creation, and distribution across Pfizer’s 350+ brands. The initiative aligned with Pfizer’s goal to become a more science-driven, patient-focused organization with digital at the core of commercialization.
I helped develop and execute a global enablement program that educated marketers on Charlie’s capabilities—including AI-assisted content creation, media analytics, competitive insights, compliance support, and integrations with platforms like Slack. I supported the execution of 21 immersive learning sessions across 13 regions, coordinating communications, scheduling, and live session management while capturing marketer feedback and pain points to inform adoption.
The program equipped marketers to create compliant, data-driven messaging that resonates with both healthcare providers and patients, demonstrating how AI can responsibly scale content creation in a highly regulated industry.
